Shipping

Australian orders will be sent between approximately 2-7 working days.
All parcels are shipped using Australia Post.

Address

Wemoon cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

International Postage

You will pay the overseas freight charge to us and will then responsible to pay any import duty or sales tax within your own country. We will not charge you Australian goods and services tax.

Returns

90 Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

We offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee – products can be exchanged or refunded within 90 days of purchase. If you order more than one, please ensure that you trial 1-2 pads to determine whether you are satisfied with the product before opening others. We cannot guarantee an exchange or refund on several pads that have been used. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are more than happy to provide a refund or a replacement for faulty products. A refund on mailing costs will be provided if the return was due to our mistake.
